Mal, my own heroine. The time we spent together in the year you lived in Johannesburg changed the course of my life. In you I found feminine strength, a confidante, a comrade, a younger sister and a beloved companion. I miss your humour, your intelligence, your wisdom and your bold unconventional spirit. That we could wander the streets of Jozi again, carefree, dancing, bantering about the music and the boys and the meaning of it all. I miss you, We all do. We always will.
